Our precious girl Micah was admitted to hospital due to a tummy bug that was causing her to de-hydrate. They had to put mittons on her hands to not pull the drip out of her nose... Micah did not enjoy that as she always sucks her fingers.
While she and mommy was in the hospital room, Michaela and I drew some pictures.
The next day she was discharged - we serve a mighty God.
I have never felt more proud of Michaela than what I did today... She impressed not only me but even the instructor with her riding skills.
Today she started doing Horse Riding Lessons, and boy did she enjoy it. It also gave us (Michaela & Dad) a chance to bond.
Today is our 5 year anniversary... 5 years ago this day I woke up, went for a early morning jog and got ready for my wedding. 5yrs later and I wake up next to my beautifull wife and 2kids... Somehow they always creep into our bed @ night.
When I asked Luceen what she was thinking 5yrs ago this time, she said "I'm gonna be late for my wedding", not much has changed as that was the same thought she had about work today :)
But these 5yrs have trully been blessed in every way, from 2 healthy awesome amazing kids to Gods grace carrying us this far, I look forward to the next 5yrs.
Today mom and dad is watching their first 3D movie Rio2, I beat them to it when all the cuzins went to watch Despicable Me.
On the 1 April 2014, mom started her new job @ SOS. Thus me only posting it now as it seemed very much like a Aprils Fool joke.
In the 5yrs that we've been married, Luceen has changed jobs 4 times (Childline, ACVV, Oosterland and now SOS).
The best part about it all is that we now travel together as a FAMILY to and from work.
God is good, all the time.
Today me and daddy spent some time writing words like mom, dad, milo, puppy...
